Chinese Medicine: Sydney is in mid-autumn, Metal element, Lung + Large Intestine season, the time of clarity, boundaries, and having the capacity to let go. In Chinese Medicine the Lungs govern the skin (our first boundary to the world) and the ability to set limits in relationships.
